Constant Contract SolutionsOption B: built from your own words

This is the second version of your starter kit. Same layout as option A, but the content comes from your own document: your why, your mission and vision, green cleaning with botanicals, disinfecting done right, and the culture you’re building. Your logo is in place. Compare the two side by side and tell us what to keep from each.

What's inside

Four things you can look at today.

Option A was built from what’s public about your business. Option B keeps the same website layout and swaps in your content: your Golden Circle, your mission and vision, your green-cleaning story, your take on disinfecting, and your culture page. The audit, market comparison and roadmap are the same in both.

What's already working

  • Two decades of relationships. Tammy is known in Atlanta's facility-management world: IFMA member since 2007, IFMA Atlanta Associate of the Year (2018), BOMA Georgia Leadership Masters (2018).
  • A track record of retention. Tammy's career has been about keeping customers and growing accounts, which is exactly what commercial cleaning buyers worry about most.
  • A clear, valuable niche. Commercial cleaning with environmentally friendly products, across nine communities from Midtown to Lawrenceville.
  • A real domain and branded email. tweeks@constantcs.com already works, so the foundation for a professional web presence is in place.
  • Community presence. Silver sponsor of Hearts for Hillside and service on the Smith-Gilbert Gardens board signal a company that's rooted in Atlanta.
  • A name built for the promise. “Constant” is the one thing every facility manager wants from a cleaning contractor. The brand should lean into it.

The big idea

Position Constant Contract Solutions as the owner-led cleaning contractor Atlanta's facility managers never have to chase: documented programs, scheduled inspections and the person who owns the company on the phone. Big-firm process, without the call center.

Then make the company visible where buyers now look first: Google, LinkedIn, vendor portals and AI assistants like ChatGPT, so “who's a reliable commercial cleaning company in Sandy Springs?” has your name in the answer.

Current-state audit

What's costing you bids right now.

Ranked by impact. Items marked Solved in kit are already handled in the new website concept.

PriorityFindingWhy it mattersFix
HighThere is no website. constantcs.com redirects to a parked “lander” page.Facility and property managers vet vendors online before they invite them to bid. Your email signature points prospects to a dead end.Solved in kit Launch the concept site on constantcs.com, with a quote path on every page.
HighTwo company names are in use. Facebook and the Georgia filing we found say “Constant Contract Services, LLC”; your signature and LinkedIn say “Constant Contract Solutions, LLC.”Vendor onboarding, W-9s, certificates of insurance, bid forms and Google all need the exact legal name. A mismatch slows down approvals and confuses search.Confirm the legal name with the Georgia Secretary of State, then amend or register a trade name and use one name everywhere (Blueprint phase 2).
HighInvisible to search engines and AI assistants. With no website, there's nothing for Google, ChatGPT or Perplexity to read about your services, service area or credentials.Buyers increasingly ask AI tools for vendor shortlists. They can only recommend companies they can read.Solved in kit Structured data on every page, a page per facility type, llms.txt and a services feed.
HighNo way to request a quote. The only public contact path is an email address on a Facebook page.A buyer with a building to fill this month moves to the next result in seconds.Solved in kit Request-a-quote form, phone number in the header of every page and an AI Scope Assistant. At launch, leads flow into a CRM (phase 6).
MediumYour best credentials are hidden. IFMA Atlanta Associate of the Year, BOMA Georgia Leadership Masters and 20+ years of experience appear only on LinkedIn.In a commodity-looking industry, the owner's reputation is the differentiator.Solved in kit Owner section on the home page and a full About page.
MediumSocial has gone quiet. The latest visible Facebook post is from March 8, 2022, and there's no company LinkedIn page.Commercial buyers check activity as a proxy for “still in business.” LinkedIn is where facility managers actually are.Company LinkedIn page plus the 4-week calendar and 12 ready posts in the social kit.
MediumState registration may need attention. The Georgia filing we found covers the 2021–2023 annual registration period. Many vendor portals and public-sector bids check “active / in compliance” status automatically.Confirm 2024–2026 annual registrations are filed, and add an annual reminder in the back office (phases 2 and 6).
LowNo proof library. No testimonials, client logos, case studies or site photos are public.References and before/after photos close commercial deals faster than any copy.Collect three client references and a photo set from active sites (phase 7).
LowThe logo lives only in an email signature image.Bids, uniforms, vehicles and the website all need consistent master files.Brand suite with master logo files (phase 2). The kit proposes a mark built on the “constant” loop.

Market comparison

How you stack up against the cleaning companies winning online.

The site you pointed us to, plus three models you compete with in Atlanta: the franchise, the facility-management middleman and the national firm.

What the leaders do that you should copy

  • Lead with the buyer's pain, the way Progressive does: “Are you spending too much time managing your cleaning contractor?”
  • Give every facility type its own page. Medical buyers want to see medical; property managers want to see common areas.
  • Put the quote button everywhere: in the header, after every section, and on every facility page.
  • Show the system, not just the promise: written scopes, inspections and reviews.
  • Sell the owner, which no franchise or national firm can match. You are the account manager.
  • Recruit in public. A careers page signals stability to buyers and fills shifts faster.

Brand direction · Option B

Your logo, your voice, the same clean frame.

Option B uses your existing logo as the anchor: the infinity loop in two blues with the green sprout. The palette below is pulled from it, and the green becomes the accent for quotes, values and the green-cleaning story. Headlines stay in Raleway, uppercase, like the site you liked.

Typography

We don’t sell cleaning. We sell peace of mind.

Your own line as the headline voice. Raleway throughout, with italic quotes from the people who inspire you at the top of each page: Mother Teresa, Simon Sinek, Steve Jobs, Tony Robbins, and your dad.

Positioning statement

For property and facility managers who want problems to disappear, Constant Contract Solutions delivers consistent, eco-friendly cleaning through servant leadership and botanical products, so your building is healthier, your tenants are happier, and you have peace of mind.

Photography direction: your people and your partners, real Atlanta buildings, and the botanicals behind your products. Warm and human, in keeping with “heart count, not head count.”

Brand voice

Purpose-led, not preachy

Start with why, then show the how.

“We don’t sell cleaning. We sell peace of mind.”

We are a full-service janitorial provider

Honest, not salesy

Tell people what they don’t need.

“Electrostatic without a confirmed case is usually overkill. We’ll tell you.”

Protects surfaces for 90 days with one application!

Warm, not corporate

People before profits, in plain words.

“Heart count, not head count.”

Our human capital strategy drives stakeholder value

AI-enabled & AI-friendly

Built for how buyers shortlist vendors now.

Facility managers increasingly ask ChatGPT, Gemini and Perplexity for vendor shortlists. Those assistants recommend companies they can read clearly. The new site is built to be read by machines as well as people.

  • AI Scope Assistant on the site. Grounded only in your real services and facility programs. It drafts a starting scope and books the walkthrough, and it never quotes a price.
  • A page per facility type with Service schema. Office, medical, education, industrial, multi-tenant and government, each in the structured format search engines read.
  • llms.txt and a services feed. A plain-language company summary and a JSON services catalog that AI crawlers can ingest.
  • LocalBusiness and FAQ schema. Service area, owner credentials and answers to “how is pricing set?” are machine-readable.

Look under the hood
